Happy Tuesday everyone! Today is a wonderful day because my sweet little niece Vivienne and my sister Amy are visiting from California and will be with us until Sunday. Claire couldn't even get dressed for school she was excited!
I have to share some pictures of my sister's Halloween Party! My sister made Vivienne's costume. Do you see the little Gnome sitting by Elmo, can you believe she made that? What I love the most is that those are Claire's tights and red patent leather boots.
This is when the parents are trying to get the kiddos to sit for a photo-op and as you can see, it was a struggle for some.
My sister and Vivi are at the far left and it looks like the picture was a success, until......
The Gnome had had enough and said, "See ya, I'm outta here,!"
Vivienne needed a moment with her favorite toy Gordon her horse.
This is her friend Mia and she must be asking her if she can have a hug....
because this is what they did next! Precious!
Ok so this is where it gets really random.
So I'm unloading the dishwasher and notice just some odd things in my utensil drawer.
So how many of you have water balloon filler thingys, a couple of the push parts of medicine dispensers, a paint brush and 4 pairs of dracula teeth? Am I the only one, surely not! Easy thing to do, the kids wear them then they get thrown in the dishwasher and then in the drawer. Now I could put them in a Halloween bin but it is funny to see the kids walking around trying to talk with them in. But as I was digging in the back of the drawer I found these.....
How long have these been in there? No idea, but my kids want them to stay. Ok, but don't sneak up on me and scare me, deal? No answer just giggles!
So this is what Claire was up to when we couldn't find her on Sunday afternoon. She was in her room playing beauty school with her baby!
Be afraid, very afraid, if she really does go on to do hair!
And apparantly this is what I look like when I wake up! Crazy hair, long earrings of course and since we are in Cyclone Country, I wear a shirt that says I Love you ISU!
So there you have it! Goofy, random things that are happening around here!
Hope you are all of to a good start to your day, its beautiful weather here!
Oh, and can you tell I love exclamation points? I do!

cutest little gnome ever!
thanks for stopping by my blog...I am now following you - sorry it has taken me so long to visit, I've been on a blogging break. I love the pictures (super cute)!
Oh that doll is too funny! I can tell you this- I had a doll like that named Rhoda! I cut off all her hair (my mother reminds me to this day that I 'balded' every doll I could get ahold of - maybe a sign of deep mental issues?? LOL) - Well wouldn't you know it - I became a hairdresser for 10 years of my life - and a pretty good one at that LOL - Maybe your daughter's talents just need to be honed! haha!
I love the gnome costume that your sister made - that is so cool! (And yes I love exclamation points too~!!)
