Get Drunk or Exercise!!

Many of you have decided that exercise was your #1 resolution for the New Year. I too have been leaning towards that as my resolution, but then I decided to compare the benefits of one over the other. Take a walk with me and see my research, won't you?

Research confirms that drinking gives you the same benefits yoga does!!!

Savasana

Position of total relaxation.

So in the interest of healthy relaxation ... let's start drinking
!! ..............

Well it looks to me like all these guys have reached pure enlightenment! They sure know how to meditate! I'm still gonna have to give this one some thought, Happy Tuesday! Kiddos are at school and the phone hasn't rang yet! Toot, Toot!

Slap me now, because I'm writing down two of these yoga types...rather than drinking myself into relaxation!

darn it! the pictures aren't working for me. But it sounds funny. Silly girl. I just don't know that getting drunk will firm up your tushie the way running does. If it did I know some people that should be much thinner than they are! :) hahaha
