Feeling old? This will definitely do it!

The people who are starting
college this fall were born in 1992.

They are too young to remember
the space shuttle blowing up.

Their lifetime has always
included AIDS.

The CD was introduced two years
before they were born.

They have always had an
answering machine.

They have always had cable.

Jay Leno has always been
on the Tonight Show.

Popcorn has always
been microwaved..

They never took a swim
and thought about Jaws.

They don't know who Mork
was or where he was from.

They never heard: 'Where's the Beef?',
'I'd walk a mile for a Camel ' or
'de plane Boss, de plane'.

McDonald's never came in
Styrofoam containers.

They don't have a clue
how to use a typewriter.

P.S. Save the earth.
It's the only planet with chocolate

Well I think it was the comment about Jay Leno always being on The Tonight Show and that the kids starting college this year were born in 92', that really made me feel old!

I know age is a number and it's really how you feel, but when I try and talk to our babysitter about music or simple things like "going to a cash box", she looks at me like I am from another planet and that is when I feel ancient!

I think I need to go paint something or organize something! Those things always give me the energy I need to make me feel unstoppable and ageless!

Have a great Wednesday! School starts tomorrow, whoo, hoo!

I had heard this on the news too. The one that got me is they have always had internet and phones never had cords. :) Wow I still have one corded phone for when I can't find a phone. :) Have to have a land line for the alarm so that's how old I am. :)))

1992. That seems like yesterday! I bet they always had cell phones too? Yep, I am old and this makes it all the more apparent. I'm gonna go paint something too. Organizing is not my strong suit.
