Well I'm officially Old.....I'm 40 today!



Ha, actually I've never felt better! I had a personal goal to lose 50 by the time I turned 40 and I did it!

Yes, as of Wednesday I have lost 51.6 pounds and I feel great!

And isn't this collage amazing. A friend made it for my birthday! We were at school the other day for an ice cream social and she started snapping pictures. I thought I'd get in on the action with my best model poses and this is what she came up with!

We are all like busy working bees, hammering out the last minute details for our soiree this afternoon. My last count was 125 people coming! I think I've gone a little mad this week with getting everything done and have already booked my massage for Monday.

If it weren't 7:00 a.m. I'd say it was time for a cocktail at my ......



Well I better get busy, I just wanted to say hello out there and hope everyone's first day of school went off without a hitch!

Yea school started!

    Happy Birthday! Life gets really great after 40! You look amazing!
    I am on the weight loss road. At 52 it is hard. I was skinny at 40. Keep up the good work. I wish I had been better at keeping at the work outs and healthy eating so I wasn't trying to lose it now.
    Looks like a great party set-up! Enjoy your day and your massage on Monday.

    Damn. I missed it *%$#@!! Anyway, hope it was spectacular. So proud and impressed with your weight loss. We had our party here Saturday night and one of my better friends has also been dropping the pounds and she just looked ravishing. Between the two of you I think I am ready. I know I am inspired but I may have my head game on now too. :)

    Enjoy that massage and the collage is awesome. Not surprising that someone would want to do something like that for you. You just attract the fun kinds of people!
